Founded in April 2013, RightCom is the leader in customer experience management in Africa. The company, which specializes in cloud-based customer experience management (CX) software, has evolved into a one-stop-shop for all CX-related needs, adding management consulting and outsourcing (CX BPO) to its enterprise software suite.
As part of our ongoing development, we are looking to add a creative, passionate and meticulous Marketing Content Creator to our marketing team.
This key role will help define our brand voice and engage our target audience through original, impactful content.
Responsibilities:
- Design and production of diversified marketing content that resonates with our audiences and reinforces our brand identity.
- Work closely with marketing, sales and product teams to create a coherent and impactful content strategy.
- Knowledge and experience of community management (social networks) – Advanced
- Knowledge of the social media landscape, able to keep abreast of platform developments.
- Management of editorial calendar, ensuring regular production and multi-channel distribution (website, blogs, social networks, newsletters, etc.).
- Monitor market trends and integrate content best practices to ensure relevance and innovation.
- Analyze content performance through key indicators and adjust strategies according to results.
- Analyze market trends to create innovative, SEO-optimized content to increase online visibility and web traffic.
- Actively participate in the development of content strategy, proposing new ideas based on performance analysis and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or certification in digital marketing, content creation, journalism or similar field.
- Solid experience in content creation, journalism or similar field.
- Excellent in English or French languages with advanced writing and storytelling skills.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics tools.
- Creativity, sense of innovation and ability to produce content that attracts and retains attention.
- Mastery of social networks and various content platforms.
- Ability to work in a team and manage several projects simultaneously.
- Mastery of content management platforms
- Video production and editing tools and software
- Web writing techniques
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Graphic design is a nice-to-have
