We are seeking an experienced WordPress Developer with deep SEO expertise. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing high-performance WordPress sites that meet the latest SEO standards and are designed to rank at the top of search engine results.

Responsibilities of the WordPress Developer

• Development and Customization: Build and optimize high-performance WordPress sites that comply with current SEO standards.
• Advanced SEO Optimization: Implement technical SEO strategies (tags, schema markup, rich snippets) to maximize site visibility on search engines.
• Performance and Security: Ensure optimal site performance by applying best practices in security, caching, compression, and optimization.
• Maintenance and Updates: Keep themes, plugins, and WordPress up to date, ensuring compatibility and site stability.
• SEO Audits: Conduct regular technical audits to identify SEO improvement opportunities and proactively implement changes.
• Analytics and Reporting: Configure and interpret data from Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications for the WordPress Developer

• Experience: 3+ years as a WordPress Developer, focusing on technical SEO and performance optimization.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript.
• Advanced Technical SEO: Strong expertise in on-page and off-page SEO, with excellent knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, GTmetrix, and other SEO audit tools.
• UX/UI Knowledge: Ability to create user-friendly interfaces optimized for client experience and conversions.
• Analytical Abilities: Strong capacity to interpret analytics data and translate it into actionable SEO strategies.
• Independence and Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail.
• Expertise with WordPress Tools: Experience with SEO plugins (Yoast, RankMath) and in-depth knowledge of theme and plugin optimization.
• Communication Skills: Proficiency in both French and English.
