Based in Abidjan at our subsidiary in Côte d’Ivoire, the ideal Client Delivery Associate is responsible for the operational execution of projects, from initial technical configuration to supporting clients to ensure maximum adoption of our tools. Their primary role will be to ensure compliance with the Scope of Work (SOW) while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Deployment and Implementation
  • Technical and CX site audit
  • Coordinate the installation and configuration of software and hardware solutions (satisfaction kiosks, queue management systems, etc.).
  • Monitor the physical deployment of sites against defined monthly objectives.
  • Configure software modules according to the specific requirements identified in the client contract.
  • Training and transfer of technical and business expertise to end users
  • Preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Operational Management and Monitoring
  • Monitor the technical health of integrations (particularly APIs with third parties such as banks or telecommunications providers).
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Lead Time Variance and hardware failure rates during deployment.
  • Analyze performance data to identify logistical or technical bottlenecks.
  • Ensure compliance with processes
  • Customer Relations and Support
  • Serve as the daily technical point of contact for customers during the delivery phase.
  • Conduct training sessions for end users on RightCom platforms.
  • Prepare regular progress reports on the status of deliverables and adherence to deadlines.
  • Provide technical support and collaborate with the technical team
  • Systematically manage accounts with on-premises architecture and handle customer weather operations.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management or Business Information Systems.

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in a solution deployment role (SaaS or hardware) or in operations management.
  • Skills:
    Proficiency in project management and data analysis tools (advanced Excel).
    • Understanding of data flows (APIs) and basic software architectures.
    • Ability to interpret performance reports and uptime metrics.
    • Knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems.
    • Organizational rigor and attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Results-oriented and able to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
    • Strong business acumen
    • English is a major asset
