At RightCom, we empower businesses across Africa to create seamless and personalized customer experiences. As part of its rapid expansion, RightCom is recruiting a Pre-Sales Engineer who will bridge the gap between technical capability and client needs—translating business challenges into powerful CX solutions powered by RightCom XP and RightCom OS.

You will play a key role in supporting the sales and partnership teams through product demonstrations, proposal development, and solution architecture, ensuring every client interaction reflects our values of Creativity, Trust, and Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Demonstration

  • Lead product demos, proof of concepts, and technical presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into solution architectures leveraging RightCom XP and related technologies.

Collaboration & Support

  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to ensure solution alignment and delivery readiness.
  • Provide technical inputs for proposals, RFP responses, and client documentation.

Continuous Improvement

  • Gather market feedback and relay insights to the product team for continuous platform enhancement.
  • Stay up to date on CX trends, SaaS tools, and digital transformation technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical account management.
  • Excellent presentation, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, APIs, and customer engagement platforms.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
