We are looking for a talented and passionate Channel Account Manager with meticulous attention to detail. This role is crucial to establishing, developing and maintaining strategic partnerships, helping to consolidate RightCom’s position as the undisputed leader in CX management in Africa, and to maximize our customers’ business impact.

Responsabilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive partner management strategy that aligns with the organization’s objectives.
  • Plan and execute campaigns to promote the organization’s partnerships, thereby enhancing its brand.
  • Manage all external partner communications to build positive relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Manage and evaluate the performance of distribution partners, optimizing growth opportunities and partnership campaigns.
  • Manage partner crisis communications and represent the organization when necessary.
  • Monitor market trends and identify partnership opportunities and potential challenges.
  • Organize events and ensure partner presence at conferences and media events.
  • Actively oversee the reputation management of the company’s partnerships.
  • Demonstrate the success and value of partnerships to the company.
  • Manage the Partnerships Department budget and ensure effective use of resources.
  • Encourage the sharing of best practices between partners in different countries.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and programs that enhance partner performance.
  • Analyze partner performance, identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to maximize their effectiveness.
  • Provide training and resources to ensure partners understand and effectively promote our products/services.
  • Participate in strategic planning to anticipate market developments and adjust our partner strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in marketing, communications, commerce, business management or related field.
  • At least 4 years’ experience in partnership management, preferably in a technological sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of the African market and partnership dynamics in the region.
  • Experience working with international teams or global partnerships.
  • Advanced computer skills required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship management, writing and presentation skills, with attention to detail and an eye for the big picture.
  • Experience collaborating effectively on campaigns with partners across multiple teams.
  • Experience with partner-related media events.
  • Strong international networking experience and proactive networking attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proven track record of achieving ambitious goals.
  • Ability to identify and collaborate with ambassadors and spokespeople is a plus.
  • Speak fluently English or French
