The company, which specializes in cloud-based customer experience management (CX) software, has evolved into a one-stop-shop for all CX-related needs, adding management consulting and outsourcing (CX BPO) to its enterprise software suite.

As part of our ongoing development, we are looking to add a creative, passionate and meticulous Marketing Content Creator to our marketing team.

This key role will help define our brand voice and engage our target audience through original, impactful content.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and production of diversified marketing content that resonates with our audiences and reinforces our brand identity.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales and product teams to create a coherent and impactful content strategy.
  • Knowledge and experience of community management (social networks) – Advanced
  • Knowledge of the social media landscape, able to keep abreast of platform developments.
  • Management of editorial calendar, ensuring regular production and multi-channel distribution (website, blogs, social networks, newsletters, etc.).
  • Monitor market trends and integrate content best practices to ensure relevance and innovation.
  • Analyze content performance through key indicators and adjust strategies according to results.
  • Analyze market trends to create innovative, SEO-optimized content to increase online visibility and web traffic.
  • Actively participate in the development of content strategy, proposing new ideas based on performance analysis and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or certification in digital marketing, content creation, journalism or similar field.
  • Solid experience in content creation, journalism or similar field.
  • Excellent in English or French languages with advanced writing and storytelling skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics tools.
  • Creativity, sense of innovation and ability to produce content that attracts and retains attention.
  • Mastery of social networks and various content platforms.
  • Ability to work in a team and manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Mastery of content management platforms
  • Video production and editing tools and software
  • Web writing techniques
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Graphic design is a nice-to-have
