We are looking to strengthen our HR team with a proactive and strategic HR Business Partner. This role is essential to align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring optimal human resources management.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and execute the company’s HR strategy.
  • Intervene at various decision-making levels, including recruitment, integration, career management and consulting.
  • Work closely with HR management to assess the profitability of teams.
  • Propose training programs in line with profiles and budgets.
  • Manage the recruitment process.
  • Support managers in team management and labor relations.
  • Identify areas for improvement to optimize team profitability and enhance company performance.
  • Lead performance and talent reviews within the organization.
  • Identify potential and set up a succession plan to ensure the continuity of key skills within the organization.
  • Play a key role in developing and nurturing talent.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Employment Law or related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the IT or services sector.
  • Knowledge of labor law, administrative law and social law.
  • Management skills
  • Advanced project management and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong listening and adaptability skills.
