We are looking for a talented Marketing Content Specialist to build and grow our cx community in Africa.
Responsabilities
- Engage with our visitors and prospects (live chat, marketing automation)
- Produce high-quality content to educate our audience, primarily executives, middle managers, and sales reps (product videos, guides, infographics, blog posts)
- Interact with external channels (social networks, news site and forum), press relations
- Organize virtual events, meetings, webinars, and more.
- Increase our weekly presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, with high quality content
- Organically grow our follower count by engaging the wider community on social media, participating in group/community conversations where exposure of our brand or sharing thought leadership can attract quality followers to our pages
- Work closely with the website developer to update the website with quality content and landing pages that help convert leads into buyers
- Collaborate with digital media houses to publish our press release and blog posts
- Create in partnership with a selective press house new content related to the customer experience as a guest editor
- Find creative ways to grow our newsletter on a monthly basis (20% MoM growth) mainly from Ghana, Nigeria and Kenya.
Preferred qualifications
- Autonomous, quick learner (there are many areas to learn related to experience management)
- Good copywriter (content is king). We are a technology company building a customer experience management platform. You must have an interest in this market.
- Proven work experience as a content marketer
- Understanding web publishing requirements
- Editorial mind with an ability to predict audience preferences
- Hands-on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics
- Expertise in social media platforms
- Project management skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism or a relevant field
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
