BDU-CI Bank selects RightCom to deliver outstanding customer experience

BDU-CI Bank (Banque De l’Union – Côte d’Ivoire) chooses RightCom to build a new customer experience program. This collaboration will transform not only the customer experience in the bank’s branches, but also the customer interactions across all digital channels.

We are delighted to welcome BDU-CI as a new customer. Many banks such as NSIA Banque, Société Générale and SIB already trust RightCom for improving the customer experience.

Before the end of 2020, RightCom Experience Management solutions will be fully deployed. BDU-CI will use RightCom XP platform for measuring customer satisfaction, handling queue management, displaying contextual information on digital signage screens and analysing customer experience data in real-time.
