COVID-19 : Our protective measures

We are probably going through some of the most challenging times of the humanity. All our thoughts are with the many families affected all over the world since the start of the new coronavirus COVID-19.

RightCom pledges to prioritize the health and well-being of its employees, clients and partners during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our team is committed to deliver the best possible service during this time. We will continue to play a leading role in improving customer experience and support our clients.

Our protective measures against the new coronavirus

Our employees are instrumental to our day-to-day operations but their health is even more important to us. The following measures are in place to protect them. 

  • All employees in all countries have been working from home since March 23, 2020 and will continue to do so until further notice.
  • Our team remains available virtually during normal working hours.
  • All business meetings will be held through phone or videoconference.
  • Face to face meetings are only allowed in extreme cases and will follow WHO’s recommendations.
  • All employees have been provided with masks, gloves and hydro-alcoholic solutions while promoting regular and thorough hand-washing.
  • Our workplaces will continue to be clean and hygienic. Surfaces (e.g. desks and tables) and objects (e.g. telephones, keyboards) continue to be wiped with disinfectant more often than before.
  • We send regular communications and reminders to employees and partners on important health and safety measures. 

As we grapple with the scale and human impact of this pandemic, we will continue to support and learn from each other.
