SME CX: A tool for small businesses to delight customers

RightCom, the provider of the experience management platform RightCom XP is launching SME CX, a new tool designed to help small businesses to measure and calculate the impact of customer experience on sales and loyalty at different touchpoints (POS, e-commerce website, social media, WhatsApp).

The new tool is a blend of RightSurvey, RightDesk, and RightData. SME CX provides small businesses a ready-to-use role-based dashboard that give decision-makers richer insights from survey responses, support tickets, demographics and more. Businesses can import data from a wide range of sources including POS system, billing software or CRM software.
